Grace Kosaka - Director

Grace Kosaka founded the not-for-profit Convergent Stage to provide an avenue for underrepresented communities to enter the musical theatre industry. She has observed that the opportunity to gain critical experience & skills is very competitive and often women and/or people of colour are overlooked & something needed to change.

As an AAPI composer & producer, Grace is committed to diversity and inclusion in all aspects of theatre. She has a background in music and dance.

Kosaka is the Lead Producer at Dreamerz Development LLC. Prior to this, Grace raised millions of dollars for films which achieved international distribution including ‘A Broken Life’ & ‘The Last Hit’.
